How does it work?
The packaging process runs smoothly, accurately, and at a continuous pace:

Centering & Alignment
The machine centers the exact required quantity of bottles on the conveyor belt (for example, 12 bottles for Apo or Steinie bottles).

Folding & Forming
Flat cardboard sheets are fed from the clip magazine. The Clipplacer automatically folds and forms these into the final clip shape.

Placing & Packaging
The formed clips are pressed onto the aligned bottles with high precision. The bundled bottles are immediately ready for further packaging and transport.
Maximum Flexibility
Do you have a production line where bottles are first placed in crates? No problem. The Clipplacer is designed so that the process can also be carried out seamlessly when the bottles are already in a bin or crate.
