Semi-Manual Casepacher (SMCp):

Semi manual casepacker or SMCp is a system to put next to your conveyor belt with bottles you want to crate/box. The SMCp separates bottles per the amount needed (6 bottles for Apo/Steinie) and pushes them on a collection table. Once there are 24 bottles (Apo/Steinie), they can be picked up with the pneumatic bottle gripper and lifted from the table to the side where they can be crated
or boxed.
The pneumatic bottle gripper hangs on a swivel arm for sideways movement and can easely be moved forward/backward on a rail.
